That being said, all my previous visits have been PERFECT. I stayed in room 211, so I do not know if the hot water issue was due to location, as all previous stays were in a separate location at the back of the property. I called the front desk three times within the next hour where the phone rang, and rang, and then was sent to music. That evening upon returning to our room, the sink was still plugged, and the water turned lukewarm again. They said they would have someone fix the sink that day and were surprised about the lack of hot water. Three people were working the front, helping with various items in the lobby. The following day I went to the lobby and asked if they could fix the drain in the sink and shared about the lack of hot water. When using the sink the first night, it filled up with water and did not fully drain. Unfortunately, on this visit, both nights, when I went to take a bath, the water was hot for approximately a few minutes and then changed to lukewarm.
